The modern commercial Heating and A/C in Clive and Matt’s office was just that sort of catalyst for the rising morale in their beatdown office. That’s all thanks to having a boss who was able to study the office almost immediately. Their former boss was not a gleeful woman and was overcome with negativity. That sort of vibration really did spread across the entire office. Clive and Matt were becoming defensive and got the first attitude instead of working as a team. The office was even divided when it came to the temperature control setting. They only had 1 temperature control for our whole floor. That’s more than 40 people having to agree on a single temperature control setting. A fantastic boss would have recognized this early and picked an average temperature and stuck to it. But their boss could have cared less. Clive and Matt can remember times when there were heated fights and people almost coming to blows over the temperature control setting. But with their new boss, the fluctuations have come quickly and it’s like a modern afternoon. She wasn’t even there a week before she changed the entire commercial Heating and A/C situation. The new boss had the Heating and A/C dealer come in and completely update the commercial Heating and A/C in their office. The offices also have zone controlled Heating and A/C. This allows them to group their desks together by temperature control setting. So those who need a little bit more Heating and A/C cooling in the Summer can group together. And those who need a little bit more Heating and A/C heating in the Wintertide have their own temperature control. It’s been a fantastic change and has added to the feeling of hopefulness in Clive and Matt’s office.
