The current commercial HVAC in Jack’s office was the main catalyst for the rising morale in his funky down office. This was all because they had a manager who was able to understand the office. Jack’s former manager was such a wicked person and was overcome with negativity. This was the kind of vibration that spread across the entire office. Jack and his colleagues were becoming defensive and got so much attitude instead of working as a team. The office was even divided when it came to the control device setting. An understanding manager would have recognized this early and picked an average temperature and stuck to it, but Jack’s former manager could have cared less. He recalls times when there were heated arguments and colleagues almost coming to blows over the control device setting. But with their current manager, the shifts have come quickly and they’re all happy. She wasn’t even here a week before she changed the entire commercial HVAC situation. She had the HVAC corporation come in and completely replace the commercial HVAC in their office. Jack and his colleagues now have zone controlled HVAC. This allows them to group their desks together by control device setting. So those who need more HVAC cooling in the summer time can group together. And those who need more HVAC heating in the Wintertide have their own control unit. It’s been a great change and has added to the feeling of hopefulness in their office.
