I have about six hours till she comes to see the flat and about two hours of cleaning to do, so I should be ahead of the game today with it all
I found a good system for keeping my power bills down, and that is to run my central heating system for 20 minutes in the late morning when it starts warming up a bit outside. The flat seems to retain most of the heat if I heat the place up in the late morning. I think it costs me like less than $1 to run the electric furnace for 30 minutes, so this system should keep my power bills down till they figure out how to fix the high rate issue. I have to clean my flat today for someone coming by and I just did phase one of the cleaning. I have three more phases to go but I’m doing it in increments so it is doable. The HVAC system also needs to be cleaned today as there is a ton of dust in the filters. I think there are two filters in my HVAC system and both of them are fairly accessible if you know where they are located. I also want to clean the grill of the condenser but that is going to take a bit more time to do, so I will leave it for another day when I have more time. Today I need to focus on the cleaning job and also doing my heating and cooling corp job later on today.
