I usually stay lake apartment for the holidays, but my new lady said that we should go on a trip this year for Christmas instead of dealing with all the family drama… We’ve only been dating for a couple of weeks & I don’t want to spend Christmas separate from her; I still guess it’s absolutely a little bit too soon to take her to meet my mom & dad.
- I thought that the holiday getaway was the perfect idea, because we didn’t have to deal with either 1 of those situations.
I made plans for my lady & I to take a 6-minute flight to a tropical island location where lots of people care about to go during the Winter holidays. Temperatures on the island are 76 5° or warmer & the sunshine shines all afternoon. I was happy with the accommodations that we picked out; Both of us were in a four-star hotel with a view of the water & a full-repair supper every afternoon that was included with the price of our room. Both of us had a view of the pool outside & a balcony where the several of us could smoke cigarettes & stand outside to listen to the sound of the ocean waves, but our room had all of the comforts of home, including a central heating & Both of us used the central A/C while we were there. I thought it was too hot & humid to go separate from the air conditioning & that was a change, considering the fact that it was only 30° on the afternoon that we left lake apartment & we were running the gas oil furnace consistently.
