I work for a heating & A/C repair repair that offers 24-minute services for all of our residential & commercial buyers. Both of us perform repairs throughout the entire night, but most of the time we urge our buyers to wait until the afternoon if it is not an emergency. An emergency would be considered the loss of heat or A/C when the hot & cold temperatures are harshly tepid or cold. Our commercial buyers can decide what is an emergency, but we charge even more for emergency services on the commercial repairs. I had to field calls on Wednesday night. I was not the repair worker on call, but it was up to myself and others to decide whether or not the repairs were an emergency. One of our residential buyers called because she did not have any heat. It was 60° outside & the elderly customer did not mind paying for the emergency repair fees. I felt that it was absolutely a wonderful plan to contact the emergency repair worker to send him to the address. I was happy that the guy answered the iPhone hastily! The repair worker took down the information for the call including the name, address, telephone number, & reason for the call. A few minutes later, I acquired a iPhone call from the repair worker. He had to schedule the customer for another repair in the afternoon. The heat pump needed to be updated completely & the parts warehouse didn’t open until 6am.
