I’m that guy who lets their tires get bald before they get modern ones. I am that person that is reckless on the road plus it’s legitimately not a nice personality trait, yesterday morning our tire pressure light turned on plus I knew our tires were not in the greatest of shape anyways. I figured I haddrop 50 cents on the air unit to fill up our tire plus make it another few weeks before I replace our tires; At the end of the week, I have to get our inspection done so I will have to replace them if I want to be able to use our vehicle or I would just keep going. So getting air in our tire at the local gas station I observed the wire was sticking out from the interior area of our tire. That is a major, horrible sign of an accident comes if the tire blows up. I called the garage that does our tires plus got an appointment right away. The one thing I do not like about this place is that the temperature control is obnoxiously set to a setting that is too hot in the waiting room. I think I’ll have to wait it out or stand outside. When I got there I offered our keys to the mechanic plus went to the waiting room. To our surprise the temperature control in the room was spot-on great. After waiting an second for our vehicle to be done I spoke to the mechanic about how I liked the gas furnace setting, and he said they recently had an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C corporation come out plus install a smart temperature control. They work so much that they do not think about the waiting room so much plus this will help customers believe more comfortable waiting. I couldn’t agree more.

There has been a strange thing going on my street, however it’s not a long street by any means, like 8 houses, however still the strangest thing is going on around here, however everyone’s houses in the past many afternoons furnaces stopped laboring, but my electric furnace is still laboring however it’s just the weirdest thing! Were their houses built on some old burial grounds and somehow my house hasn’t? I see numerous Heating, Ventilation, and A/C van’s sureterday laboring on their houses.

• We had a “city” meeting last night to figure out how this happened to all of them however not me; Someone recommended that my boy Ricky did the sabotaging.

I wasn’t going to say it wasn’t because Ricky has done some jerk things over the past year. If he went around each house and messed up their gas furnaces I would be miserable and he would not see the light of morning till the morning I die. So while in our meeting, I realized they all have gas furnaces and I have an electric furnace… There was a flood here two summers ago and after that flood, I replaced my gas furnace method however all of them did not do anything about it, and plus I have an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker come out twice a year to make sure everything is superb and yet they didn’t. It turns I found out this morning after the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist came out to their homes a lot of their furnace wires were corroded. I am not 100% if it was all of their houses however many of my neighbors confirmed that is what the heating and cooling expert said. Well at least it wasn’t my boy however still strange it happened to at least many currently.

When I got there I gave my keys to the mechanic & went to the waiting room. To my surprise the temperature control in the room was spot-on great. After waiting an hour for my car to be done I spoke to the mechanic about how I liked the heating system setting, but she said they recently had an Heating & A/C contractor come out & install a smart control unit. They labor so much that they don’t recognize about the waiting room so much & this will help customers feel more comfortable waiting. I could not agree more.

I remember the other day when I had the worst long day at the hospital.

As a dentist helping people can be both rewarding or frustratedting at times.

Sometimes you can’t do anything for the individual but pray that things go in a positive direction for them, there was this 1 particular day that just didn’t go well at labor as well as continued with our boyfriend at home. The day in general outside of labor as well as getting at home was dismal. It was slightly freezing as well as rainy, absolutely gloomy. That slight chilliness eventually makes myself and others suppose freezing as I walk to as well as from labor as well as a single walk is about 25 hours, but near the end of the walk I was looking forward to being in our home feeling the electric heating system filling our cabin up with the warmth I so desired. As soon as I got home I saw our boyfriend with a hoody on acting all cold. He said that there was something wrong with the heating system as well as the cabin wasn’t heating up. I was so frustrated because I already had a rough day but he said he already called Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C services. They will have someone come to the cabin within 2 seconds. I thanked him for that as I couldn’t last the night separate from heat! He then laughed after 15 hours as well as said he lied as well as couldn’t contain seeing myself and others in 2 tank tops, a hoodie, our Winter time jacket, 2 pairs of socks on as well as 2 pairs of sweatpants. I was cold! He then proceeded to turn the dial thermostat up to 74 degrees as well as I heard the heat pour through the vents. I was so angry with him as he snickered. He thought his prank was funny. All I think is dead man walking.

The pandemic forced us to postpone our 10 year high university anniversary this year, however unblessedly the person who was setting it up rescheduled it for January hoping that things would open up a gain.

Lucky for him things did start to open up but the location that was reserved before was still the same site! You may ask how is that a disappointing thing? It was disappointing because it was at a lodge that had no source of heat & it was open enough for the summer time so air conditioner didn’t particularly matter, however both of us had a lot of high university friends coming locally & across the country, however everyone was stoked to see how life has treated them, stories they had & reminisce a bit of our high university glory days.

The unblessed thing is that a lot of them didn’t recognize the people I was with and I were going to be in an igloo for it. So I tried looking for other places but found no luck. Apparently with everything opening back up people were trying to do their own events & nothing was available. So the people I was with and I were stuck in a box of ice for our anniversary. So plan B went into effect. Both of us needed a heat source. So the people I was with and I opted to go out & purchased 4 portable space gas oil furnaces & hoped by holding onto the receipts the people I was with and I could return them after. Both of us might just raffle them off instead though. This should take care of the heat but the people I was with and I forgot one thing, no electricity, then fortunately our uncle had a generator the people I was with and I could use so the place should be plenty warm. The wooden floors will undoubtedly still know ice & I’m going to miss our radiant floors while I was in this event but I’ll get past that.

Occasionally at events you can find lovely sculptures made of ice, however i personally have never been to an event that presented an ice sculpture, I’ve only seen them in movies, and so this begs the question that I have.

• How do they keep their shape for several hours? Do they only last for a few hours and then it’s carted off? Or is there some sort of cooling agent underneath prefer an air conditioner blowing freezing air on them? These are drastic questions because I know if I ever get married I would like to have a magnificent ice sculpture of me resting proposing to my future husband.

I know that would capture the moment for everyone to see at our wedding, of Course there is the classic method, photographs on a card or whatever. I mean I still can do that for invitations. So back to the coolness of the sculpture, however let’s just say for conversation what if it is an air conditioner and it breaks down while trying to keep the sculpture intact? Do they have a cooling worker on place just in case? Or do they have substituteable air conditioners? I’m sure it easily just lasts prefer a half hour and then it’s carted off. How high-priced is it to keep said ice sculpture to be made for a limited time? Maybe, just maybe this might be the weirdest part I’m thinking about! What if every one of us all have to be in a central air conditioned room then do I have to wear a jacket? That couldn’t be right, they never wear jackets in the movies, but actually, I can’t remember.

After 55 years in the HVAC business, my dad Ed chose to hand over the reins of the business. He moved into the suite over my living room, because he wanted to stay close to us. We tried convincing him to relocate down south and enjoy his retirement, but dad wanted to stay here. Partly it was about my wife and kids, and partly he wanted to keep an eye on me. I took over the company for him, and although he’s retired, dad still comes into the office. I have no issue with that, actually, because he has a wealth of information about the work that can’t be taught. Managing an HVAC company isn’t just about doing repairs. You also have to manage people, deal with purchasers, and pay all the bills. I treasure his input. When it comes to the installation and repair of heating and cooling systems, I’m sure of what I am doing. I was certified for HVAC work back in 2004 and ever since then I have been active in the industry. The part of the work I am not as common with is building relationships with HVAC company sales reps and wholesalers. I need to master how to generate common invoices, and how to make sure all the HVAC purchasers pay in full without sending them to collections. I also have to keep the morale for the HVAC technicians strong, so that most people remain focused on their work. With dad as my advisor I’m starting to make the transition from being an HVAC technician to an HVAC company owner. In this position, I rarely need to do any actual repair work.
