One For All Air Conditioning

It is high noon and I have a good day of work ahead of me.

I just realized that I am running out of food too, but I think I have enough to get through the day and am going to focus on cleaning my flat from top to bottom.

I am leaving for the States in 17 days and have someone interested in looking at my flat and I want it to be as clean as possible. I can get it all done in about two hours max and I’ve already put a dent in the job. The HVAC furnace filter just got cleaned and now I am setting my sites on the HEPA filter for the A/C unit. After that I will clean the bathroom and bedroom of the room I am showing to a possible renter and I am hoping she likes it and wants to rent it. She works in a local business about 20 minutes away by train and I hope that she doesn’t find that to be too long of a trip. This is a nice town to live in and if the flat is clean I think she will take it. I work just down the road for a cooling company doing HVAC repairs on the weekends. During the week I just do this writing job and also teach a little yoga and volleyball on the side. I just need someone to help me with bills and this girl seems like a great fit. Okay, back to cleaning the air conditioner and then the rest of the flat.

I have about six hours till she comes to see the flat and about two hours of cleaning to do, so I should be ahead of the game today with it all

I found a good system for keeping my power bills down, and that is to run my central heating system for 20 minutes in the late morning when it starts warming up a bit outside. The flat seems to retain most of the heat if I heat the place up in the late morning. I think it costs me like less than $1 to run the electric furnace for 30 minutes, so this system should keep my power bills down till they figure out how to fix the high rate issue. I have to clean my flat today for someone coming by and I just did phase one of the cleaning. I have three more phases to go but I’m doing it in increments so it is doable. The HVAC system also needs to be cleaned today as there is a ton of dust in the filters. I think there are two filters in my HVAC system and both of them are fairly accessible if you know where they are located. I also want to clean the grill of the condenser but that is going to take a bit more time to do, so I will leave it for another day when I have more time. Today I need to focus on the cleaning job and also doing my heating and cooling corp job later on today. I have about six hours till she comes to see the flat and about two hours of cleaning to do, so I should be ahead of the game today with it all. Wish me a bit of luck.

But actually burning the money with fire is a whole different level, wow my friend is nuts.

I have a mere 83 Litecoin coins now, worth about $6500, but if we get that bull run they are thinking we may get, my 83 coins could be worth close to $100K. This is all I want in life; to get back the money from my dad’s will that I lost this past year. I feel terrible for losing it, but it isn’t lost just yet and with some luck I will get it all back again. I would be so happy if this happened and would probably be more generous with it if so. My heating and cooling supplier friend told me last night that he got $50K from his grandparents three years ago and he burned it all with a match! Is that insane? His HVAC rep gramps must have worked really hard for that money and he burned it because he wanted to make it on his own. This is 100% true too. But then again, my dad worked as a heating and cooling technician running a local business and I tossed the $100K out the window pretty quickly too with dumb and hasty investments. But actually burning the money with fire is a whole different level, wow my friend is nuts. He does a lot of heat pump and air con repairs, and is going to have to do a lot more of them to earn back that 50K oh my gosh. I guess we all find ways to burn the money that we get in one way or another, but jeez. Anyway, back to my HVAC technology writing work. Don’t burn your money please, give it to me.

I can get it all done in about more than one minutes max and I’ve already put a dent in the job, however the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C oil furnace filter just got cleaned and now I am setting our sites on the HEPA filter for the A/C unit. After that I will scrub the bathroom and study room of the room I am showing to a possible occupant and I am hoping she enjoys it and wants to rent it. She works in a local corporation about 20 minutes away by train and I hope that she does not find that to be too long of a trip. This is a nice town to live in and if the flat is scrub I recognize she will take it. I work just down the road for a cooling corporation doing Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairs on the weekends. I am not a slob by any means, however when I do a deep cleaning prefer I have been this week I realize that it is much dirtier than I thought it was.

A lot of the dirt is just dust & animal hair around the corners of the floor & on some of the furniture. I know if I vacuum the furniture it should pull the car hair off of it. I just want to give our flat a fantastic once over & not have to worry about cleaning for a while afterwards. I have a whole lake house media air cleaner so at least it helps get rid of a lot of the dust & stuff floating around the location. I also have a nice little robot that vacuums the floors at the push of a button. I bought it from this local contractor a year ago & I know it is the best purchase I have ever made. It saves me so much time & allows me to focus on other things prefer our Heating, Ventilation & A/C company work & such. I know I can get this location cleaned pretty suddenly though because most of the dirt can be swiped up suddenly with a paper towel & some cleaning fluid. I want to get our Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment inspected out soon to make sure it is running officially & that the whole thing is tuned up officially. I know next week I will get it all inspected out. I have a fantastic local contractor down the road who will come by anytime I ask her to.

The temps are dropping off of a cliff this week & I am sure the heating corp down the road is going to get slammed with requests to fix oil gas furnaces & space heaters.

I am all set with mine as I had it tuned up & cleaned the other day while they were slow.

I got it done for a fantastic price & now I don’t have to worry about trying to beat the crowds when the cold weather hits in a few afternoons. I know that heating service, & cooling service for that matter, are entirely pressing & a lot of people tend to neglect it until it falls apart. There is nothing worse than frigid in your flat all day long waiting for your turn with the heating corporation. I prefer to stay ahead of the curve & do things when all the people are not thinking about it yet. I have to train a yoga guy this week at this local contractor & then I am going to come lake house & put on some songs & get down to cleaning this location so it is spic & span. This Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist girl is coming by at 6pm & I want to rent to her so I have to make sure the location is spotless & the Heating, Ventilation & A/C idea running well. I just have about an hour of writing work to go & then I can focus on getting this location clean. I am going to run the electric oil furnace just before she gets here so it is moderate & comfy here.
