One For All Air Conditioning

I just did not want to spend so much money & that’s all there is to it.

I haven’t absolutely asked her yet, even though I imagine that our wife Sue would still shake her head about how stubborn I was about an Heating & A/C update. I had acted just plain stupidly when it came to what a marked difference air purification would make in our lives. Actually, I am sort of surprised Sue doesn’t hammer me biweekly about that 1. Yet, I just wasn’t wild about spending multiple thousands of dollars on a whole house sized media air cleaner. Air purification machines do much more than simply get rid of indoor air problems. What ultimately got me behind Sue’s decision to install a whole house air purification plan was getting educated. Initially, Sue and I started talking about air purification in order to get rid of an indoor air problem. Both Sue & I had tried every sort of solution when it came to making the house smell better. Sue and I got a few moments of masking the smells but that was about it. Sue found out about the whole house air purification plan during a brunch celebration at a friend’s. But the steep initial cost of the media air cleaner made me pump the brakes. This sort of media air cleaner fits inside the Heating & A/C equipment & also treats the air as it comes from the Heating & A/C return. I just did not want to spend so much money & that’s all there is to it. But after the pandemic hit, I acquired just how essential indoor air quality is to our health. That made it much more palatable to spend the money for the whole house media air cleaner. The two of us now have zero indoor air smells & our house smells fantastic… Plus Sue and I have the best indoor air quality money can buy.

I’m feeling very fortunate to be able to own a pretty big chunk of property. Having grown up in small apartments in the old neighborhood with radiant heating & zero air conditioning, this was always our dream. But I never thought that I could have this much space. I’m able to transfer around my property without having to accommodate neighbors or other people I do not know. It’s such an appealing living situation for me. But having a nice house with great residential Heating & A/C can still be a ton of work. There’s not a lot of time for sitting in the recliner enjoying the Heating & A/C cooling. Although currently, I most easily make time to catch our breath in the chilly air conditioning. I have plenty to keep me going. Just mowing the turf & keeping up the land is plenty to keep me busy. So I am acting love a farmer these days & getting up at first crack of dawn. But by 10 AM, I can be pretty worn out. So I do get inside the air conditioning to cool off & hydrate. It took me this long in life just to understand how important hydration is. So taking these small breaks inside the Heating & A/C cooling & getting our water is important. And speaking of moisture, my heat pump takes care of the moisture level in our house. That’s right my heat pump is doing a lot more than just providing the Heating & A/C cooling I love. The air conditioning procedure is also balancing the humidity level at the same time. That versatile heat pump does so much for us & we do not even realize. Without that air conditioning process, I would have a whole lot of mold & mildew to clean out. And love I said, I have plenty to keep me busy.

The older I get, the more I see how things come full circle when it comes to life.

There seems love just 1 big circle cycling through our entire life.

More than 2 old things are hastily new again. This is true when it comes to our new Heating & A/C heating methods. Recently, Jack and I built a new house that has 1 floor & just 2 dining rooms. Jack is in his early 70 so it’s time to simplify life as much as he can. Our new house was a custom job that we helped design. And we chose a geothermal heat pump for all our heating & cooling needs. This category of Heating & A/C equipment uses the constant temperature of the earth itself in order to extract energy for heating & cooling. It’s really quite fascinating as far as a heating & cooling component goes. The other nice thing is that it can last for nearly 40 years. So this heat pump will be the last 1 we have to put in, Jack & I also love the sustainability aspect as it’s just about the most efficient residential Heating & A/C. However, it’s the heating element that easily blows our mind. With the geo heat pump, heating energy is transferred slowly through radiant floor heating. That comes from copper pipes underneath the floor. It takes me back to when I was just a little boy & would visit our Grandfather. He had a giant boiler in the basement that provided radiant heating throughout the entire house. It was the coziest heating I have ever experienced. And now all these years later, I am experiencing that same kind of cozy radiant heating once again. Like I said, it just seems that it circles over & over in our life.

The system that I’d finally fall deeply in love & get married seemed unlikely at best.

When I told our mother, I was afraid it would shock her too much as she’s now near 72.

I’m in our early 50s & just now taking the plunge. There was plenty of shock from our colleagues inside the commercial Heating & A/C crew as well. Nobody ever thought that I would finally get married. I am not sure exactly why, seeing as how I have had pretty serious friends. I never easily felt close enough to any of the ladies to consider marriage. But after that I met that special person & getting married seemed love the most natural thing to do. Al and I happened to be the same age & absolutely met a long time ago. Al and I worked for rival companies & would love the same commercial Heating & A/C of conferences sometimes. It’s not that we were colleagues sharing the same Heating & A/C in the office but Al and I knew each other from business. Al and I also attended some of the same social events. However, over all these years, we did not get close until quite recently. And now we’re buying a house together & choosing new residential Heating & A/C. It feels cool to be able to be a first time married guy in a new place. The new Heating & A/C equipment is pumping out just the best quality heating & air we could have ever asked for. And residing with Al has also seemed love the most natural thing to do. The two of us both even have the same kind of heating & cooling needs. So there is no fighting or need for compromise with Al when it comes to the Heating & A/C control component setting.

For me, less is more when it comes to all the technological stuff in our life.

I’m thankful for more than 2 aspects of technology but it can also just become a bit overwhelming.

For sure, technology makes our life much more convenient, then yet, I still feel a bit cautious when it comes to technology as it applies to all the things in our life. I still have to count on our own mind when I can, but and I also do not easily need all the tech gadgets. It has something to do with the fact that it took me this long to get a new smart control unit. If it had been up to our wife, we would have had a new smart control component long ago. Actually though, we were both waiting on that initial Heating & A/C technology to be further refined, but neither 1 of us wanted to spend a bunch of money on a new smart control component only to have it be obsolete the next year. So we did wait & I continued to be the 1 on new control component patrol. But recently, we took the plunge & called the local Heating & A/C supplier to send out an Heating & A/C company to install a new smart control unit. I just wish I knew then what I guess now when it comes to this sort of Heating & A/C technology. I should have done this far sooner. The Heating & A/C company provided the new smart control component basic parameters; From there, it’s been basically on its own. I just let the new smart control component do its thing & we saved more than 15% on Heating & A/C cooling this humid season, however obviously, the smart control component does a much better job of maintaining the control component discipline than I do. And it’s absolutely a stunning piece of technology that I can care about without it being in our face.

My stepdad raised me by himself as our mother passed away when I was just a baby.

I sort of turned to our dad for just about everything. When it came time to fall in love, I looked to my stepdad as well! StepDad always told me that I would guess when it was real & he sure was right. StepDad also encouraged me to embrace the differences in someone that I fell in love with. So I suppose that it’s pretty ironic that I have fallen so deeply in love with a Heating & A/C tech… I have said this in front of people who do not guess us & have gotten some quizzical looks, however the fact remains that our wife Jo is the owner of a local Heating & A/C supplier. Jo became an Heating & A/C company once she quit college & l acquired she had a passion for heating & cooling! Within more than 2 years, Jo had gone out on her own & started her own heating & cooling supplier. Jo’s a remarkable person & I am fortunate to have met her… The two of us absolutely met because of my Heating & A/C issue, but having just moved to town, I bought a house that had very old central air conditioning. So I made an appointment with the Heating & A/C company expecting to meet an expert. But instead I got to meet our wife who is also the best Heating & A/C company I have ever met. StepDad was right, I knew it was right falling in love with Heating & A/C tech from the truly start.

Every time someone mentioned the Deep South, I regularly went into a morning dream.

I had visited a few times but for some odd reason, it was sort of a dream of mine to live down there.

I can’t say why but it just was. Of course, this was never more apparent than while I was in the chilly Winter season when I’m dealing with a gas and oil furnace that’s running all the time just so I don’t freeze. So the thought of residing anywhere else, somewhere I could finally get out and about while in the chilly Winter months would be a dream come true. My business ended up merging with an unusual business from down south plus I ended up being asked to relocate. It was actually a lovely deal as it was more cash plus another work achievement. Once I got down here, the first thing I noticed of course was the warm weather. When I arrived in the summer, I thought I was going to die. The heat pump in our new condo saved me. It’s the latest in HVAC technology when it comes to residential HVAC systems. It was such a lifesaver that first summer. I needed to have it all! The HVAC cooling was more than I could have gotten. But that sort of high heat is definitely only around for about multiple months. Once you hit October, the weather is practically perfect. The heat pump may kick on a little bit while I was in the Winter to knock the chill out of my condo in the morning. But that’s about all the heating both of us need. I’m so thankful that I finally got to live this dream because I just love it here.
