My girlfriend Max and I have been searching for a condo in the inner neighborhood for about 2 weeks now. It hasn’t honestly been much of a hard journey but Max and I want the perfect place but also a place that is in our price range. Max and I don’t mind spending a little more if Max and I found a place that gave more than what the condo would provide. Max and I looked at 6 places and Max and I were pretty much done and were going to pick a place Max and I were not exactly stoked about but the market wasn’t fantastic on apartments, but my great friend Max and I looked at a single more which was available last minute, the 7th apartment. In the worst case, Max and I had a place ready for us, and lucky number 7, this place was amazing from the get go. The view was surreal, it was within walking distance from a lot of the restaurants and the landlord had done a lot of renovation to the apartment. He replaced the windows, flooring and put in a more up-to-date Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system! He has receipts of what the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment that the heating and cooling contractor did from the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier. The coolest thing is that he installed a smart temperature control. We could control the heating and cooling from my iPhone which is pretty neat. He honestly impressed Max and I and the price range was a little higher than Max and I liked, but my great friend and I couldn’t turn down this opportunity. So I asked him, “where do Max and I sign?” He smiled knowing he did a fantastic task with the condo and said, “it only took the first 2 people to look at it to already want it.”

I’m not an important fan of waking up early in the day. I have worked 2nd shift my whole life and I’m usually in my bed by 1 am so for myself and others to get up at 6:30 am is a little crazy. Fortunately, I was able to get some sleep around midnight so I should be great for lunch with friends and then a nap before work. I don’t think whose bright concept was to get up early and go out for a nice lunch but next time, maybe whoever decided this will do 9 am instead of 7:30 am. 7 am my child Sam called me, that’s unusual because he knows I don’t enjoy to be woken up early although I know this must be a true emergency. He told myself and others that his condo smelled of rotten eggs. 1st of all, I don’t enjoy eggs a single bit and that smell he is experiencing is the worst. I do recall this smell, well I think I do and it could be his Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. I told Sam that he needs to unplug his Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea and call the local heating and cooling supplier right away. Sam was a bit hesitant at first because he was getting ready for work but the last thing I needed was for Sam to transport back condo with myself and others because his condo burned down. I also told Sam that if anything, I’ll be at his condo for the heating and cooling specialist if he can find 1. Sam gave the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier a call and they are able to send out the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor. So I know I won’t be getting a nap before work. Time to get a quick lunch and then meet up with the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech after.

Woke up today with a disgusting smell.

It smells as if someone left eggs out and they are all rotting away on the dining room counter.

It is so nasty and I think I’m going to get sick. I had to get ready for work so I tried ignoring the smell although I just couldn’t do it. Some of the shampoo and body disinfectant helped myself and others avoid the smell for a few minutes until I was done showering and that putrid smell started to overpower my senses. I had enough, I didn’t think what to do although I called my old man. It was 7 am in the day and I felt awful although I knew I was going to wake Dad up. He answered his iPhone and to my surprise, he was wide awake. He said that he was about to get some lunch with some outdated buddies before work and asked why I called so early. I told him that my condo smelled enjoy rotten eggs and I can’t get past the smell. I told my dad that I wanted to call him first before I left for work. My dad said, “stop what you are doing, and unplug your Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea and call the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier before going to work.” I was a bit confused and he said from his experience there could be something faulty with my heating and cooling idea and an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech should be able to check it out. He told myself and others if I was able to get someone to my condo today that he would be happy to stop over and take care of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialist while I was working. So that’s what I did, I called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier and thankfully they had a tech to send right over and my dad will be there for me.

 

Why does my A/C smell of rotten eggs?

For a few days, my sister Kim is going to crash on my couch.

• Kim needs a place to stay until the landlord is able to get a cooling specialist to look at her central Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system.

I know it’s broken and I’m hoping it’s an easy repair so Kim is back at her condo soon. I enjoy seeing my sister but in small samples. Kim can be a bit much and she enjoys to be overdramatic but still, I don’t want to deal with it. Kim complains a lot and she doesn’t enjoy my pet at all. My pet is basically family and she is old now and at times she smells but Kim believes that I don’t take care of her which is completely unfair. My pet could only have years, days, or even eighths left to live and I am just soaking in every minute I have with her. The area my sister Kim and I live in gets unquestionably hot and there can be some restless nights if you don’t have a cooling idea in place. So evidently I’m family and I’m going to help Kim as much as I can. Kim works a lot so I don’t think I’ll see her quite often although I know I’ll find out. I just think that her landlord better have a great Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor coming into her condo because last summer time she had a terrible flea infestation and the landlord didn’t take care of that issue for a week. I tell Kim all the time she needs to transport out of that place and go anywhere else. Kim lives in the sketchy area of town and I think it’s cheap but still, it’s not a safe place to live. Regardless, it’s only a few days.

Sometimes living in a condo isn’t the best thing in the world but other times it is.

Right now, I have both a positive and a negative mindset about what’s going on with my apartment. There is an issue with the cooling equipment so the a/c isn’t working currently. I have to wait for the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor to come out and repair whatever issue is taking place. The disadvantageous part is that I have to wait for my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea to be looked at but the positive is that my landlord is the one who has to pay for any maintenance work that needs to be done. So in the grand total of things, I don’t have to worry at all about cooling repairs. I have to look at it that way or I think I would feel frustrated. The cooling specialist won’t be coming to my condo for 2 days and the weather outside isn’t honestly the greatest right now. It’s hot and humid which makes myself and others a bit miserable. I’m not going to sit in my condo outside of work and deal with the heat, I called my sister June to spend a few days there. I think June has a central a/c so I think I’ll be cool for those days. I don’t want my sleep to be affected so I’m glad I have a family to count on. The only real disadvantage with that is June has this aggravating pet who enjoys to jump all over myself and others and occasionally June doesn’t do a fantastic task keeping him clean. He does smell from time to time and that pet breath? It is foul. Oh well, it’s just a few days and I’ll be out of June’s hair and back in my own bed.

Sitting at the condo, watching the pigskin game, eating some tortilla chips with salsa on a Sunday afternoon is my favorite pastime.

I set everything up and occasionally friends show up which is always a plus but if I’m condo by myself it’s just as great for me.

Sitting inside my condo with the a/c on is a bonus. I’m not a fan of going to the local venue with tons of fans screaming and shouting for our home team to win. It’s ok if we’re winning but if the game is close or my great friend and I are going to lose the game, then some fans turn into jerks. I just want to have a great time and if my team does lose then it’s just whatever. I don’t get angry over something I can’t control, then during commercial breaks, I try to get up and about to stretch out a bit or grab a beverage from the refrigerator. It’s usually 1 out of every 3 or 4 commercial breaks I do this because there are so several during a game. I know when it comes to the big game itself, there are far too several commercials. Then there was a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C maintenance commercial to remind us that winter weather is coming and my great friend and I should contact our local heating and cooling supplier for any and all Heating, Ventilation plus A/C related needs. That reminded myself and others that I should contact my local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier just to get my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea inspected out to make sure it’s great to go for the winter. winter is fast approaching and it’s vital that my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea is in correct working order because it gets so absurdly chilly where I live.

My parents are totally the worst! Wait, I shouldn’t say that.

• They do take myself and my siblings on nice holidays all over the world a couple times of the year.

The thing is they take myself and others to places where the temperature feels too hot, like someone is aiming a heating system right at myself and others at all times. What I’m trying to say, if you are not getting me, is that I’m too hot! This week, my folks thought it would be a fantastic day to sit on the beach and get a tan as a family or go in the ocean. 1 thing about me, I am deathly afraid of the ocean. I can’t see what’s in it and that terrifies myself and others more than anything. I’m also afraid of the dark but that’s beside the point… As I wait here on the beach feeling the awfulness of the sunshine on my skin, I can’t wait to get back to our motel room and crank up the a/c. I hope the a/c is entirely on as well, then back at home, my family and I have a smart temperature control so I think to turn on the a/c before I get back. I wish my family would enjoy to go on holidays to other locations where it isn’t so hot. I mean I don’t want to think that I need to bring winter gear but something a little cooler would be nice. My dad is currently asleep so I think we’ll be here for a long while and my mom is talking to a random stranger about holiday spots. I know it’s going to be a long while until I get to think that attractive a/c.
