I have been thinking about making a major change to the way I heat and cool my home. I have been thinking about the super high costs of energy use from running my central heating and A/C program all of the time. Then on top of that, the hundreds of dollars I have to throw out yearly just to keep up on all the heating and A/C program service. So I have come up with the decision that I want to make the super large investment and just go with ductless heating and A/C. It is something that over a few years will end up paying for itself with all the savings I will be having in both energy use and heating and A/C service. The substantial investment is going to be in buying a few ductless mini split air conditionings and then having to call the local heating and A/C supplier on top of that to send out one of their most friendly and most certified heating and A/C specialists to do the conversion on the ductless mini split a/c program to make it a full on ductless mini split heating and air conditioning. I will be doing this sometime in the truly near future. I am just needing to get my finances together and get ready to make that super large investment. I am pretty sure that I can do it without a bank loan. But I am still going to have to check it out and see before I go full force into the world of ductless heating and air conditionings!

I just recently bought a smart control component for the first time in my life. I don’t know why I waited this long to purchase a smart control unit. Because after experiencing this smart control component and having it, I do not ever want to go back to the old dial control units that I have had in the past. I never even got into digital control units. I was constantly into old school dial control units right up until I finally bought this smart control unit. It has made things so much more convenient in terms of using my central heating and air conditioning. I can either program it to do so or it will figure out my preferred temperatures and do it for me! Which means you can turn off your central heating and A/C program whenever you are away from home and then turn it back on when you are on your way back. And what this does is help save a ton of cash on yearly energy use of your central heating and A/C program unit. I have saved over 50 percent off what my electric bill usually is this month alone after having the smart control component and using it in the ways it is supposed to be used.

I am so glad with the new central heating and A/C program I just bought. It had been a long time coming and I was just glad that I was finally able to figure out a way to get it, central heating and air conditionings are pretty expensive these afternoons compared to even what they were a few years ago. I have to say my central heating and A/C program I just bought is great. I am glad about this. I was watching late night cable the other night and while flipping through the channels I found a home shopping program.

I started watching it because it was truly interesting with the things they were selling and how cheap everything was.

All was brand new and quality stuff too. I was thinking maybe it was defective stuff. However, if that was the case they would have been forced off the air and closed down. This was like a godsend to me because I had been shopping around for a new central heating and A/C program on sale and I had not been having any luck finding one. So it was like the sale was coming to me. I decided after hearing this to write down the information about this local heating and A/C dealership that I did not know much about and truly never heard of. There was a time about a decade and a half ago where I was living in an apartment complex.

• I ended up breaking the lease and moving out 6 months early because they refused to service the central heating and heating! It was over one hundred degrees outside and my a/c was not working.

So I called the front office and they sent some real slimy looking fool up that was supposedly their on site heating and A/C specialist. He walked in and said “feels cool in here to me!” and walked out. Saying that there was nothing wrong with the a/c and that it was me. If this was the case why did the control component read that it was 90 degrees! They refused to service it and I was starting to get pretty sick. So I finally just packed a few bags and went to a local hotel! From there I called a lawyer and set the wheels in motion to break the lease and get out of there. In the meantime so I did not go broke, I went and stayed with an acquaintance in the area while I looked for a new place that had working a/c. Once I found the place and got things in motion, I just abandoned the place and did not pay rent for the next month. The legal aspect of it all worked on everything and of course I won the case. Because they would not service the central heating and heating. That will teach them to mess with me!
