I l earned earlier in my job that being charismatic can take you places and have people do things for you or with you; I have been an a/c expert in the a/c contractor for about more than seven years now, and I appreciate it, during my first year, I took a client service course that trained me to talk to purchasers while keeping in mind that they do not assume more about a/c and might ask ridiculous questions about a/cs and need careful explanations.
The training has caused me to make friends with a lot of my purchasers, appreciate Mama Anita! She owns a pie shop and makes some of the best pies I have ever had.
I once took my cooling system rep colleagues to the shop after a task, and they thoroughly loved the pies. I met Mama Anita a couple of years ago when I did her a/c upgrade. The people I was with and I have been friends ever since, and she calls me whenever she needs help with her cooling equipment. She called me Last yearcomplaining that her heat pump was making some unofficial noise that kept her awake at night. She also said the air quality differed from when I did the a/c tune-up more than 2 months ago. I tied up a/c repairs, and the two of us set off to her house. Dirty a/c filters were the cause of the unofficial noise and the exhausting air quality. The cooling specialist got HEPA filters the two of us installed for Mama Anita, who had no clue about the improving cooling technology taking over the industry! As was the custom for Mama Anita, she provided us pie and lemonade after the two of us restored her cooling product. The people I was with and I chatted with her for a while before proceeding to the next task.
