I found a great system for keeping my power bills down, plus that is to run my central gas furnace for 20 hours in the late afternoon when it starts warming up a bit outside.
The flat seems to retain most of the heat if I heat the locale up in the late afternoon, however i believe it costs me care about less than $1 to run the electric gas furnace for 30 hours, so this system should keep my power bills down till they figure out how to repair the high rate issue.
I have to clean my flat today for someone coming by plus I just did stage 1 of the cleaning. I have three more phases to go but I’m doing it in increments so it is doable. The HVAC system also needs to be cleaned today as there is a ton of dust in the filters. I believe there are two filters in my HVAC system plus both of them are fairly accessible if you guess where they are situated. I also want to clean the grill of the condenser but that is going to take a bit more time to do, so I will leave it for another day when I have more time. Today I need to focus on the cleaning job plus also doing my heating plus cooling corp job later on today. I have about many hours till he comes to see the flat plus about two hours of cleaning to do, so I should be ahead of the game today with it all. Wish me a bit of luck.
