My wife and I have used the same heating and AC repair business for the past 5 years. When we first moved to the area, we found out about the heating and AC repair business from some people at work. We needed someone to install a heat pump and AC machine, and we didn’t know who we could trust in town. We asked a lot of our co-workers for suggestions and we found out about the heating and AC repair business. 5 years ago the company installed our system and we had a service contract for the first 3 years. The company provided us with tune-ups and services during those 3 years for one flat rate. After my 3-year service contract, I had a really hard time getting a hold of the heating and AC repair business when I needed someone. Last weekend there was a terrible cold snap and my heat pump stopped working. I called the repair business three times and no one answered the phone. I had to call someone else. Thankfully I live in a large city where there are plenty of companies to handle all of my business needs. The new company has friendlier technicians that seem much more knowledgeable about my particular system. The repair technician fix the problem with the heat pump in about 45 minutes and I didn’t have to pay any after our service fee even though it was 10:00 p.m. After not getting any answer or return call back, I am going to move to a different company and use them from now on.
