I woke up one morning and thought that I wanted to go to HVAC school.
I never thought of being an HVAC technician, and I didn’t know where it was coming from. I had this overwhelming urge to go to HVAC school. I looked at myself in the mirror and tried to picture myself as an HVAC technician, and just shrugged. It was only 4 AM, so I went back to bed and decided I would sleep on it and see what I thought in a couple of hours. When I woke up at 7 AM, I shrugged. I hadn’t dreamed about being an HVAC technician again, but I was still thinking about checking the local college to see what they have in HVAC classes. I had recently graduated college, and I didn’t have any plans for the future. Becoming an HVAC technician wasn’t just a job, but it was a career. In the future, everyone is going to need air conditioning, so it isn’t a job without merit. When I went to college, I wanted to do something that would help mankind. What better kind of help can I give than to start at home. I could supply heating and air conditioning, and make some money besides. Not everyone needs to be altruistic, or philanthropist to make a change in the world. All I need to do is help people get energy efficient HVAC with the least amount of impact to the environment, and I can do that. My mind knew I wanted to be an HVAC technician while sleeping even before I knew it while awake..
