I knew for a while that it was likely my ductwork that had issues.
You see, my home every year has not been warmed efficiently, despite running the furnace system continuously.
Most people would automatically assume that it was a heater issue. But I knew it could not be my heating device because I always get my heating and A/C units looked at every year. The HVAC worker told me that the HVAC machine was in good condition, so I knew that the furnace was not the issue. That meant that it was likely the ductwork, which would make sense because if there are issues with the ductwork it would not be able to cool as efficiently. I wasn’t able to get a HVAC specialist to come to my home until almost 2 weeks later, due to lack of money. I was really hoping that the cost of air duct repair was not going to be too expensive because I wasn’t really sure if I could afford it. The heating and air conditioning tech examined the ductwork for a while, but then he told me exactly what I had guessed. The ductwork had holes in it. Thankfully, holes in the ductwork could be patched up on the same day and taken care of. Then there was the price, I was expecting the worst, but it actually wasn’t as bad as I thought. I was actually able to pay for the ductwork repair and have my furnace device working as it should. I definitely noticed a difference too, within a day, my home heated up and I actually had to turn it down a bit.
