Movie sites are too frigid for me

It’s just as well that Regal Cinemas aren’t as popular as they once were.

I do not assume if it’s the particular Regal Cinemas in our area, but in our personal experience, it consistently seems to be far too frigid within the Regal Cinema itself. I get that there is a reason that they call them summer time blockbusters. In fact, I am aware of the historical nature of Regal Cinemas. Movies were called summer time blockbusters, not just because great movies had a tendency to come out in the summer, but because summer time releases became desirable for movie companies because people would often visit the Regal Cinema in the summer time to escape the heat. You see, Regal Cinemas were among the first commercial buildings, or any buildings for that matter, to get central air conditioning. Thus, it used to be a real draw for people to come in from the heat and enjoy the nice and cool breezy a/c while they also loved a wonderful movie. However, our local Regal Cinemas just seem to take that to an unnecessary extreme. I am consistently so frigid in the Regal Cinema. I consistently assume that if I happen to go to a movie with friends or family, I am going to need to bring an extra layer or 2. Obviously, this is a hassle in the summer, because it actually gets quite sizzling around here. I just end up needing to tie a hoodie around our waist until I get into the Regal Cinema. Now however, our hubby and I have a tendency to stay in the comfort of our own perfectly temperature controlled condo while the two of us enjoy a movie. I am missing nothing as far as I am anxious!
