We would also make sure all our windows were closed with heavy blinds during the hottest parts of the afternoon. We invested in a couple fans to circulate the air around the RV. While I do disclose that boiling weather was worse than chilly weather for us, that doesn’t mean that all of us did not go through quite a lot of fuel trying to keep ourselves sizzling in the winter! On the contrary, all of us made the decision to go through a lot of propane! I have to say that RVing is not a cheap hobby, then however, being able to see the beauty of this country far as well as wide has been so worth it to us.
