I guess where I work would be considered a house office, however i mean, this venue is at our address and on our property, then but our house office isn’t certainly inside the central cooling system of our home. I tried that and it just failed miserably; So that’s why I chose to go with this sort of house office instead! However, I was able to find extended periods of time during the day to certainly focus in on our work. This was not at all the case when I was working from home. The Summer of 2020 was the most uncomfortable I had ever experienced at work. Initially, I had been working from wherever I could find a surface that was clear for myself and others to spread out a bit and dive into our work. Quite often, I worked under the Heating, Ventilation and A/C air vent at the kitchen table. But of course, with our kids and our fiance at house with myself and others that summer, I got legitimately little accomplished. So that is why I ended up putting this prefabricated building in the backyard. It’s only a 10 by 12 foot space however it’s perfect for a house office. Once I got electrical run to our current house office, I called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business! And they put in a ductless heat pump for residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C.
