I am not a big fan of going to trade shows, but our new task requires me to attend them as part of the contractor strategy. The last show had several companies represented, including various from the heating industry. The trade show’s theme had something to do with being ecologically sustainable, which most of our investors were looking to engage in. I interacted with a heating contractor that had sent their Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional team to show their new gas furnaces promoting ecological sustainability. One was a heat pump, plus the heating company explained how it works plus why it’s the future of the business. I also learned more about heating and cooling without wasting energy plus the convenience of the smart temperature control as an embedded feature for every home plus not just the exclusively rich. I had gone to the honorable expecting to find companies sharing what they were doing about sustainability in their field plus did not expect to find innovative products. I asked the heating serviceman if their customers could change or upgrade to the heat pump upgrade, plus he lit up to explain how that was possible plus why it was a good decision. When I presented our findings to our contractor after the fair, various people were interested about finding new whole home heating options, especially if they promised lower energy costs plus low-cost oil and gas furnace maintenance, all while offering efficiency with indoor comfort. I did not have enough money to upgrade myself, even though I had already started a savings account to change our central Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C to a hybrid plan in the next 3 years. Meanwhile, I am doing our best to manage our energy bills using our temperature control unit plus other manual techniques.
