I don’t want to go to work today.
It’s Tuesday morning, and I just want to start the weekend a few days early.
Is that so much to ask? I do have a bit of sick time left but there are still a few weeks left and what if I need a few days before the end of the year comes? I’m already showered, teeth brushed and all I have to do is grab my keys and then head out the door. I’m just not feeling it today. I woke up feeling tired but not tired enough to not go to work. It took myself and others forever to get out of my comfy bed. It was just so comfy and the central a/c just made myself and others think so chill and relaxed. I think going into work today I won’t have that same relaxed feeling and I think I may just call in sick. I just have to send an text to my boss saying I’m not feeling very well and I can just throw my pajamas back on and enjoy the cool comfort of the a/c on my body. I think that’s what will happen when you get the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier to send out a cooling expert to repair your Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. I haven’t had a/c unit in years and I am just soaking it in. I don’t have any major plans this weekend besides doing the grocery shopping. I can do that later today or now since I’m dressed and come back to the condo afterward, lounge on the couch and hope that nobody calls myself and others to do anything this whole weekend. I think it sounds a bit lazy but that’s all I truly want currently.
