The other day on my way back home from the grocery store, I saw quite a sight when I was stopped at a stoplight.
Usually I don’t really look around me all that much when I am driving, but this day, something got my attention.
I noticed that there were about a dozen different guys up on top of the roof of the building next to me. They were all running around like crazy. They honestly reminded me of little ants because they were hard to see because they were way up high. But they were carrying all kinds of tools and equipment around with them. I was trying to figure out what they were doing, and I thought that maybe they were working on the large commercial air conditioning units that were up on the roof. I saw them going back and forth to the large air conditioning units, but that’s when I noticed that there were half a dozen HVAC maintenance trucks parked in the parking lot across from where I was stopped at the stoplight. That’s when the mystery was solved. These were indeed, commercial HVAC technicians, and they were working on this large building as fast as they could go. It was a really hot day that day, so if the air conditioning system had gone down inside of the building, it would make sense that they were up on the roof trying to get it fixed as fast as possible. I honestly just felt sorry for them because they were up there on that hot roof in the burning sunshine on a hot day.
