understand this during the winter, but it's also freezing cold during the summer. I just feel like the building management don't know what they're doing when it comes to thermostat settings. I mean, if you’re someone like me who really wants to get hot and sweaty during a workout so that you can get the most out of it, the cold temperature settings are really bad. I just don’t understand it when people want to be really cold whenever they are working out. I mean, I get going and standing by a fan once in a while to cool off whenever you are lifting weights or something, but you don’t really need to be cold the whole entire time that you are working out. At least, that is my opinion. To me, it seems like it’s harder to get in a good workout whenever you are cold all the time. I just don’t get it. I have talked to the manager of the gym a couple of time about the air conditioning settings but he says that I’m the only one who has ever even mentioned the temperature settings in the gym. I can’t believe that this is the case, but I don’t understand why he would lie to me about it either. I mean, you would think that they would want to turn the A/C settings up a little during the summertime because they have to be paying a fortune in cooling bills to keep the place that cold every single day.
