My wife is the main breadwinner in our family, and I am perfectly fine with that. She is a lot smarter than I am, and she gets paid a lot more than I do, too! As a matter of fact, she just got a big promotion at work and that means that we are going to be packing up and moving to a new city very soon. The new position that she is going to be holding with the company is only available at their other corporate location, and so that’s why we are going to be moving. I don’t really mind moving to a new city, though. I actually think that it will be a nice change for us once we get the move taken care of. Right now, we are just in the middle of looking for a new house that we will both really like. With the promotion comes a big bump in pay, and so we are going to find a house with a really great heating, cooling, and ventilation system. The indoor air quality inside of a home is the most important thing to my wife and me and so we are really picky about that sort of thing. Right now, we are on the lookout for a place that has a high efficiency air conditioning system installed in it. We also would love to have a whole home air purification system for the HVAC system. If it’s a UV light air purification system, then that’s another plus in our book. My wife would really prefer to have a place with radiant heated flooring throughout the house and I know that that will probably be the most difficult thing for us to find. Hopefully, our realtor will be able to work some magic and find just the right house for us, though.
