understand this during the winter, but it's also cold cold during the summer. I just feel like the building management do not assume what they are doing when it comes to thermostat settings. I mean, if you’re someone like myself and others who really wants to get tepid plus tepid during a workout so that you can get the most out of it, the cold temperature settings are really bad. I just don’t understand it when people want to be really cold whenever they are working out. I mean, I get going plus standing by a fan once in a while to cool off whenever you are lifting weights or something, but you don’t really need to be cold the whole entire time that you are working out. At least, that is our opinion. To me, it seems like it’s harder to get in a enjoyable workout whenever you are cold all the time. I just don’t get it. I have talked to the director of the gym a couple of time about the a/c settings even though he says that I’m the only a single who has ever even mentioned the temperature settings in the gym. I can’t guess that this is the case, even though I don’t understand why he would lie to myself and others about it either. I mean, you would feel that they would want to turn the A/C settings up a little during the summertime because they have to be paying a fortune in cooling bills to keep the place that cold every single morning.
