The truly thought of selling our loft scared me.
But when our youngest took off for university, it was time to have that conversation.
They were early discussions along the line of what the people I was with and I might do & all the possibilities. Yet, it was clear that just residing in that big loft without the children was dumb. The heating & cooling costs alone were just not sustainable for just more than one people. The fact that the people I was with and I are seeing a white hot sellers market around here didn’t hurt. But the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment put it all over the top for us. All of us put the seasoned Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit in when the people I was with and I first bought this loft 25 years ago. So the people I was with and I were sort of expecting the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment to give up at some point. But the fact that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C businesss warning about the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit & sellers market coincided perfectly. Still, I was not looking forward to the hassle of replacing the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment. But I shouldn’t have worried really. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business we’ve used since the people I was with and I first had the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit installed was on point when it came to doing it again. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professionals made it so simple to see & understand all the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C technology upgrades that have happened in the past 25 years. And they were able to make it so simple to choose the right residential Heating, Ventilation, & A/C for us by listening to our heating & cooling needs. Actually, having the heating & cooling equipment replaced was the easiest thing about getting the loft on the market.
