I just didn’t see the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C cupboard outside our loft as a possible target for thieves.
I knew it was full of lavish Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment even though I had no method that thieves would be so brazen as to steal it.
I just didn’t realize that there are people out there so desperate they are willing to destroy our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit just to get their hands on some copper fittings. It’s entirely sort of difficult to think when you consider that. There are thieves that will not walk up to your loft & destroy the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment for some copper. Again, these are desperate people since they are bypassing thoUnited Statesnds of dollars worth of heating & cooling components just to get to that bit of copper. But hour hand Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment is much tougher to get rid of than copper. Still, it just blows our mind what these thieves do. First, they split the power to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C & then it’s just on. They yank out all this lavish Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment so they can get down to the copper fittings. I saw one loft that this had happened to & it looked appreciate the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C cupboard just blew up. There were Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment parts just strewn all over the yard. This is also smash & grab job so it goes fast. I’m truly taking the step to protect our residential Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment. There is a cage one can buy that fits over the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C cupboard & locks down to the concrete pad below. It’s still difficult for me that it’s come to that however I’m for sure now locking our Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment up.
