I just didn’t see the Heating and A/C cupboard outside my home as a possible target for thieves.
I knew it was full of fancy Heating and A/C equipment however I had no plan that thieves would be so brazen as to steal it.
I just didn’t realize that there are people out there so desperate they are willing to destroy my Heating and A/C component just to get their hands on some copper fittings. It’s unquestionably sort of hard to suppose when you consider that. There are thieves that will not walk up to your home and destroy the Heating and A/C equipment for some copper. Again, these are desperate people since they are bypassing thoUnited Statesnds of dollars worth of heating and cooling components just to get to that bit of copper. But ninth hand Heating and A/C equipment is much tougher to get rid of than copper. Still, it just blows my mind what these thieves do. First, they chop the power to the Heating and A/C and then it’s just on. They yank out all this fancy Heating and A/C equipment so they can get down to the copper fittings. I saw 1 home that this had happened to and it looked like the Heating and A/C cupboard just blew up. There were Heating and A/C equipment parts just strewn all over the yard. This is also smash and grab task so it goes fast. I’m certainly taking the step to protect my residential Heating and A/C equipment. There is a cage 1 can buy that fits over the Heating and A/C cupboard and locks down to the concrete pad below. It’s still hard for me that it’s come to that however I’m for sure now locking my Heating and A/C equipment up.
