I had a really bad night last night because of the air quality where I live. I was coughing, sneezing and everything that goes with it all night. This made it so I got literally only a few hours of sleep once it calmed down. What I need to do is either invest in a whole home air purification system or I need to just go out and buy a few portable air purification systems to help deal with this awful bad air quality in my local area. I never knew how bad air quality could get till I lived where I do now. And believe me, the minute I can afford to do it, I am going to get out of here and move to an area where the air quality in much better! From what I read about portable air purification systems, some can help combat this kind of bad air quality if you get the right ones. I am going to have to shop smart to figure out which brand and types of portable air purification systems will be best for me and not make things worse. There are certain kinds of portable air purification systems that actually make things worse than they are like I was just hinting at. I do not know exactly what kinds that they are, I am going to have to read more into it to find out before I go out and buy a portable air purification system for my bedroom. But I will be taking care of this very very soon!
