I am going to write about heating and cooling systems, but please hang on for a moment, as I ask: Why do some people accomplish so much in life while others just get by? I’ve been pursuing the arts for the past 20 years, and I often wonder if it is all worth the struggle when in the end, nobody will remember us or what we did.
I could build a substantial HVAC company only to see it disappear in the end when I retire.
Why not take an unimportant job and just get by? I think it comes down to when you are alive, and how achieving things gives you a feeling of accomplishment. If you do nothing your whole life you would actually lead a boring life, so why not do something while you’re here so you guess great while you are alive? I’ve run my own company for 10 years; then I shut it down, and I am sure everyone has forgotten about it but me. It did open doors for me; I used the money to travel and buy a couple houses. If I didn’t start as an HVAC supplier, and just worked as a janitor for a school, I may not have had the experience I’ve had with traveling around the world. I still have a lot I want to do with my musical act, and I am hoping I live long enough to have some fun with it. I also am still now working in the HVAC field doing HVAC installs & repairs but I only work part time now.
