Keeping dust out of the air purification system

Anyone who has ever cleaned their home knows it can be a never-ending battle to eliminate the dust. It’s unsightly, and dust can also cause a number of respiratory concerns, especially for people with dust irritations or asthma. The great news is that there are a number of ways to reduce the amount of dust in your home. One of the most effective is to install an air purifying system. Air purifiers work by circulating the air in your home & traps dust particles with a HEPA filter. In addition, many air cleaners also come with a pre-filter which helps to capture greater particles before they have an option to enter the HEPA filter. Another choice is to update your HVAC program with an oil furnace filter or air conditioner that has a higher MERV rating. These filters are designed to capture smaller particles and can help improve the overall air quality in your home; regardless of your choice, taking steps to reduce the amount of dust in your home can have a major impact on your health and well-being. I’ve had dust irritations my whole life, and it wasn’t until a few years ago when I got tested at the doctor’s office that I found out I was highly allergic to dust and pollen. If I didn’t have an air cleaner in my house, I’m sure I would be suffering from dust irritations badly, because we have a lot of dust on our road and a lot of pollen coming from the oak trees.
