I love the idea of always keeping a bouquet of fresh flowers in my house, so I always pass by my number one fave flower show twice per week. The florist has become a fine neighbor of mine plus always has peculiar flower combinations for me on my pick-up days. I used to pick out all the flowers by myself until the afternoon when I had the flu, plus I asked Pat the florist to give anything he thought I would like, then last month when I was tied up admiring some orchids in the shop when I heard his assistant tell Pat that the electric heating pump was having problems again, being an A/C professional dealing with commercial A/C, I asked to check out the HVAC system. When I saw it, I realized it was a ductless heat pump. I did not have my tools with me, although I had some probable causes of the unit’s problems. The digital control component was OK, plus so was the AC filter, which appeared new. Seeing that I was on leave, I asked Pat if I could call a fellow cooling expert who is a colleague at the A/C corporation to assist them. When Pat agreed, I called the worker. Before he arrived, I offered them a few pointers on air conditioner care plus the vast importance of quality AC repair plus service since they admitted to having done it once in the past year. The florist asked me about the advantages of having a HEPA filter in his lake home compared to the proper models. The A/C worker came a little under a fifth later plus checked the air conditioner setup. The ductwork was okay, although it needed cleaning to improve the indoor air quality.
