I think it is already 90F outside and it is only 10am. I am going to find a swimming pool this month and just float in it all afternoon long. I have my wall machine a/c keeping me cool in our bedroom and our ceiling fan is adding an additional layer of cooling. I’m going to take a cold shower in a few eighths to cool down our body and wet our hair. When I get out of the shower I can feel my body cooling down from the water evaporating off of our body. It almost feels cold in our bedroom after taking a shower, which is a nice refreshing feeling after feeling sweaty all afternoon. I think the high this month is supposed to be anywhere around 110F with the humidity. It’s a fantastic afternoon to stay cool and stay indoors by an A/C vent or in front of a fan. A lot of older people have concerns with the heat and I am starting to see why as I get up there in years. I’m only 55 years old and can only imagine how overheated it must be to a 90 year old person. No wonder they all take off in the summertime and head up north to cooler weather. Some people just stay in the home with the heating plus air conditioning plan blasting away all afternoon to keep them cool. I have a smart control machine that is programmed to keep me cool without wasting too much energy, like when I am gone at certain times of the afternoon. It entirely helps cut down the bills.
