I’ll give you a quick recipe for a salad I eat almost every day.
I start with spinach leaves chopped up nice and fine and then add chopped tomato, onion, and green pepper. I sprinkle in some provenza herbs and some salt and pepper, then I add some olive oil and vinegar. I then add a can of tuna, some crushed up tortilla chips, and top it off with some picante salsa. Give it a try, it’s pretty darn good. The guy who owns the HVAC company near me actually gave me the recipe and I added the tortilla chips and salsa to it. I learned about it when I had to call an HVAC expert to come fix our air conditioning. He told us about a salad he eats each day and gave me his recipe, which I then modified to give it a little tex mex kind of flare. I like to eat it on hot summer days when I am home in my cool house. I am planning on cleaning my HEPA filter today because I noticed a reduced air flow from the vents over the past few months. I was going to call the local business to have them come and clean my HVAC system but I wanted to start with cleaning the filter to see if it makes any difference. I like to get my air conditioning serviced once a year to prevent it from breaking down. I have a few space heaters for the winter as my central heating unit costs too much to run. I think I need to get it serviced too. HVAC company tech gave me a salad recipe
