I got the call after the fact

There was a pretty big fire just south of neighborhood and things escalated honestly abruptly.

The fire started in a residential beach condo when the oil furnace became engulfed in flames.

The fire abruptly spread to the neighbor’s house, because there was a wood structure practically linking the two properties. I got called after the fire to scrub up all of the mess. I labor for a contractor that handles heating, ventilation, and A/C repairs. Both of us also handle plumbing and mold remediation work; Oftentimes these jobs go hand and hand, but when you have a full-service operation, you can handle any problem that comes in the way and that means that our patrons can count on us for a number of different services. The insurance contractor assigned me to one of the properties. I got to labor as soon as I entered the building. It odored of smoked harshly and most things were still covered with soot or a watery mess. I unattachd all of the soot from the heating and cooling method including sanitizing and cleaning all of the air vents and HVAC duct. When I left the locale, it odored better and could have been rented. If they get rid of all of the junk and disfigure from the fire, I actually don’t think they will have any problem renting out the condo to someone else. The fire didn’t take the whole building and I felt certain that the insurance contractor was going to cover all of the disfigures since they sent me out there to scrub up the heating and A/C system.
