The value was too great to pass up

My spouse and I went to the hardware store to get a new lawn mower and a couple of shovels.

Both of us were working on backyard renovations while I was in our week-long stay at beach condo holiday.

Both of us had tons of chores that both of us wanted to catch up on and the two of us thought both of us would labor on that list instead of spending money going to the beach or the mountains. Both of us realized that the mower was broken on the first day of holiday so both of us went to the hardware store to opening out a new one. While both of us were there, both of us browsed much of the selection in the clearance aisle. The hardware store had a couple of Heating and Air Conditioning units in the clearance sale. They were dented up quite a bit, but they were still in good shape. I told my spouse that both of us should buy all of the A/Cs. I actually thought I could resell them online for a profit. She didn’t want me to waste $2,000 on a couple of A/Cs that might not ever sell. The value was just too good to pass up. Even though both of us quarreled for various hours later that day, I used my debit card to purchase all of the A/C units that were on sale. I put them in the garage until it was time for summer time and then I listed them on the marketplace for $100 below the store value. I still made $100 profit if the person agreed to pay the price that I had listed. I actually think I could have added another 50 bucks to the price. All more than three of the additional A/C units sold on the honestly first day that I put them on the marketplace.
