I apply pain relieving creams to my legs several to more than three times per day
I workout for around an hour one time a day. The majority of my time is devoted to high intensity cardio. I entirely appreciate jumping rope and tend to jump more than three or more days per week. I use an app on my phone for guided workouts in addition to some of the jumping sessions to last the full hour. I also like to go for five- to six-mile runs. I do a lot of lunges, squats, leg lifts, kicks, jumps in addition to jumping jacks. Nearly every category of exercise involves my legs. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve started having some complications with my legs; While my calves ache throughout the day, the pain gets much worse at night. As soon as I go to bed, my muscles begin to cramp. I’ve researched to figure out how to alleviate the pain. While rest is constantly advised , I am unwilling to quit working out. I have made an effort to take days off from targeting my legs. I devote particular workouts to weight lifting, abdominal crunches in addition to the rowing machine. I’ve also gotten better about my moderate up. I spend a lot more time loosening up my joints in addition to stretching my muscles. I focus on stretching my legs. I also spend more time on the cool down at the end of the workout. I take turmeric in addition to magnesium to help with the inflammation and to drink a lot more water. I apply pain relieving creams to my legs several to more than three times per day. I’ve found that heating pads are the most beneficial. At night, I wrap my calves in heating pads in addition to this helps to lessen the inflammation.
