My friends and I went to the beach on Monday, and I thought it was going to be a great day to go to the beach because there would not be a lot of people.
I do not like crowds of people and I thought a weekday would help me avoid crowds.
Unfortunately, the nice weather brought lots of people out for the day! My friends and I were near the end of the beach. The sunshine was shining brightly. Jack and John were playing football in the surf and I decided to go for a walk. I looked for shells, but I didn’t see anything that was worth picking up and taking home. I have a big collection of shells at the new home so I only try to take the things that are completely abnormal. The whole beach was filled with people and cars, and I wanted to go home before dinner time. The crowded area was making me very anxious. I went back home to sit down and relax for a couple of hours before I had to go to work at 6:00 p.m. I set an alarm so I could take a nap. Unfortunately, problems with the air conditioning system woke me up before the alarm. It started to get very hot and humid in the house. At first I thought that it was my sunburn, however after that we realized that there was hot air coming out of the vents. I contacted an air conditioning system maintenance company to fix the problem and they didn’t leave until after nine. I missed a whole shift at the bar.
