Unfortunately, problems with the A/C woke me up before the alarm
My friends and I went to the beach on Friday. I thought it was going to be a great afternoon to go to the beach because there would not be a lot of people. I don’t like crowds of people and I thought a weekday would help me avoid crowds. Unfortunately, the nice weather brought lots of people out for the afternoon, however my friends and I were near the end of the beach. The sunshine was shining brightly, Jack and John were playing football in the surf and I decided to go for a walk. I looked for shells, but I did not see anything that was worth picking up and taking home. I have a large collection of shells at the house so I only try to pick up the things that are completely abnormal. The whole beach was filled with people and cars, and I wanted to go home before supper time. The crowded beach was making me feel anxious. I went back to the house to sit down and relax for a couple of hours before I had to go to work at 6:00 p.m. I set an alarm so I could take a nap. Unfortunately, problems with the A/C woke me up before the alarm. It started to get truly hot and humid in the house, then at first I thought that it was my sunburn, but then I realized that there was warm air coming out of the vents. I contacted an A/C service service to fix the problem and they did not leave until after nine. I missed a whole shift at the bar.
