The commercial kitchen benefits from the new HVAC technology

The whole work took us about a week, but the result was worth it

My sister graduated with a degree in food science, which led her to open her business in food production. Recently she acquired space to open her commercial kitchen, which would be life-changing for small entrepreneurs in her field. The kitchen would offer space for small-scale food production. When she acquired the space, it needed a lot of work as it had been a factory before. She contracted my HVAC business to help with indoor comfort. Though there was an HVAC unit in the kitchen, we needed to know whether it worked and, if it did, how long it would last. After assessing the HVAC system, we discovered it was old and could not handle the kitchen’s demands of excellent indoor comfort. My sister’s business provided the funds, and we ordered new HVAC equipment from the HVAC provider. It took my HVAC repairman about a day to remove the old unit and do the HVAC installation of the new quality HVAC system. The new system incorporated the new HVAC technology, which would greatly benefit the kitchen because there would almost always be something in production. I explained to my sister some of the benefits the technology would bring to the kitchen, including a smart thermostat, which meant she could control the temperatures even with her phone and set the preferred temperature at any time of the day. My sister had requested that the entire system is from the same HVAC brand to make HVAC maintenance easy to handle for them and the HVAC professional. The whole work took us about a week, but the result was worth it. The indoor comfort was top-notch. My sister commented that food production would be seamless with great indoor comfort.
