To make future HVAC maintenance seamless, we had gotten the equipment from the same HVAC brand when doing the HVAC installation
I was at the grocery shop the other day when I met a long-time friend. We had been neighbors in the same complex before I moved into my house. She was a lovely lady with a husband and two grown children. I remember she would complain about her husband’s snoring, which I understood was mostly from his numerous allergies, including a dust allergy. I inquired about that as we chatted, and she sadly told me that it had worsened to the point that it interrupted her and her husband’s sleep. It was a sad daily affair. They had been to the doctor’s that morning, and the recommendation they received was to get help with indoor comfort to reduce any pollutants at their house. Since I own an HVAC business, I offered my services to help her assess her home and the HVAC unit. I was to visit her premises the following day with my HVAC repairman. The assessment of her HVAC system revealed that it was old and could not rid her house of dust and other pollutants. Since the husband’s snoring was becoming a health concern, they were willing to do anything to improve their situation. We contacted the HVAC provider and ordered new HVAC equipment, including a programmable thermostat. The new quality HVAC system encompassed the new HVAC technology to sieve out any impurities from the air, improving the air quality. To make future HVAC maintenance seamless, we had gotten the equipment from the same HVAC brand when doing the HVAC installation. As an experienced HVAC professional, this is the second air quality case I encountered. However, this case was more severe in that it threatened my customer’s health and the relationship.
