Freed up space in the laundry room with new HVAC upgrades

For a long time, my wife complained about the laundry room being so cramped up in the home.

I had to admit, we did feel confined because there was the boiler system, the indoor central cooling unit, and there was a water heater on top of that.

Also, it wasn’t like the laundry room was very large because we had a small home. The good news is that we owned the place, but I never really thought too much about the space in the laundry room until my wife started talking about it. I finally consulted with an HVAC expert to see what options we had. We actually had been saving up a lot of money over the years, and I worked overtime whenever it was available. I figured we had enough money to really do something with the laundry room. My wife and I were both delighted when hearing about the different options. Our main thing was how we could free up some space and improve the laundry room. We heard about the combi boilers which sounded perfect because they not only provide the heating to your home, but they also supply your hot water without the need of using a hot water heater. This meant we would be able to get rid of that hot water tank, effectively freeing up some valuable space. Then we liked the sound of getting a ductless mini split air conditioner. We would be able to get rid of all the ductwork in the laundry room, and this system is highly energy efficient. So we went for the combi boiler and ductless mini split air conditioner. I also bought my wife a new washer and dryer set that stack on top of each other, giving us tons of room and we remodeled the laundry room and it looks amazing!
