I was feeling pretty over-scheduled when I was trying to decide what to do with our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. It had broken down a few times, however I wasn’t sure that I wanted to have it repaired or replaced. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional said all of us could undoubtedly go either way. He told us that on 1 hand, our method could last a couple more years, maybe even three, however all of us might experience a lot of breakdowns and costly repairs in that time. On the other hand, he said it would cost a bit for a current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C upgrade, however it would be much more energy efficient and save us money over time. He also said that all of us wouldn’t have to worry about costly repairs. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C methods were going on 13 years and after talking with our partner about it, all of us decided it would be best to go for a more current upgrade. The team of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C experts did an unbelievable task installing our current ductless multi-split system. It actually was kind of tough to choose which Heating, Ventilation, and A/C install to go for, however I undoubtedly liked the idea of having multiple zones in the condo with customized hot and cold temperatures. I also loved the idea of how much energy you could save by using a ductless method with variable speed technology. I see the SEER rating for the cooling method is 26, and I’m pretty sure they don’t get more energy efficient than this. When the current method was installed, all of us were excited to give it a try. This was right before the hot season, so the hot and cold temperatures were already starting to get warm. All of us tried out the cooling method instantaneously, and it was actually pleasant. I was far more ecstatic when I saw how low our energy bills were.
