Shipping container winery

My whole family has been in the grape corporation for years, then what most people did was harvest grapes for jams in addition to jellies though! I was the first 1 to recommend making wine out of concord grapes! You can’t find a concord wine around, only mine.

I also foot stomp the grapes to make the juice in addition to use agave to sweeten it, and neat right? I started out definitely small.

I just picked a few gallons in addition to did all the sweetening, fermenting in addition to bottling in our parent’s basement; Then I started getting more business. I changed to doing wine out of our garbage in addition to on the first floor of our house. I then realized I needed high end equipment in addition to much more space. I needed a separate Heating & Air Conditioning equipment to keep our wine at the perfect temperature. I needed electricity to run our machines that label the bottles in addition to to have lights. I needed plumbing so I had water to clean out the area in addition to clean the containers. It was clear I needed a wine facility, and building 1 proved to be too much money. I ended working with a modular facilities company. They make anything you could want out of shipping containers. They do affordable tiny home solutions all the way to modular military housing. I purchased a few shipping containers hooked together to serve as our winery. I have Heating & Air Conditioning, plumbing in addition to electric. I have it set up the way I want in addition to on the grape fields. The whole wine making process has never been easier. I believe so much more professional now too.
