My fiance and I did not know the first thing about lake home ownership when both of us signed the papers on our first house. We were so happy to qualify for a lake house and both of us found the perfect stadium for the gaggle of us to start a family. After a few years, both of us started to have some complications around the cabin that we could not maintain on our own. One major problem was with the plumbing. Both of the showers drained much too slowly, and even though the drains appeared to be clean as a whistle, the drains were still moving slowly. And the toilet wasn’t flushing too well in the master bathroom either. I found a plumbing company locally that serviced emergency residential and commercial repairs and I made an appointment with the plumbing company that day. The plumbing supplier was a young guy that was so helpful and informative and he explained every step of the process while letting my fiance and I watch as he worked. There was an issue in the red line as there were some legos, army men, and paper towels that were blocking the drain line. Clearly those items didn’t come from my fiance and I, so the clog must have been there for a long time. The plumber cleared everything and offered us a 120 day warranty, and he also offered us his card so both of us could call him in the future if we had any other plumbing supplier needs. We still keep that card handy, just in case we have problems. I was going to call last week, however I figured out how to install the garbage disposal on my own.
