This month a single of our modern commercial purchasers tried to write a check for repairs on the heating and air conditioner! Repairs for the central heating plus air conditioning plan totaled $12,000. I truthfully did not want the purchaser to write a check. I thought we we are going to do a currency transaction, but checks can be a lot of complications, because they take forever to clear the bank. I contacted the bank manager to see if the account was fantastic and she told me that the commercial purchaser had a fantastic account and she said that she could verify the amounts of the check if she had a few hours; The bank manager seemed to take forever to okay the checks, she said it would take a few hours, however it actually took 20 hours. I sat inside of our car the whole time. I was sitting outside of a customer’s house while trying to take care of the problem. I am sure the woman must have thought I was stalking her, because I sat in the driveway for such a long time after I was finished with the residential heating tune up. when the bank manager finally came back to the line to supply me an update. She said that the checks were fantastic and even spoke with the owner of the supplier to make sure that I could go right to the bank and currency them. I did exactly that, and as soon as I got the checks for $12,000, I went to the city bank to get the funds in currency.
