When it comes to central heating and air conditioning systems I only buy the best! I will not settle for cheaper heat and a/c units just to save a buck.

This is because the truth of the matter is that if you pay cheap, you’ll get cheap and your central heating and air conditioning system will not do what it is supposed to do in your home.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t go out and buy central heating and air conditioning systems every single year or anything like that. I am no millionaire for god sake. I am just talking about whenever I need to upgrade or buy a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system I will go and only buy the best. If the best happens to be on sale making cheaper, then that is a different story from buying a regular priced cheap heating and air conditioning system. But regardless, you will only find nothing but the very best in central heating and air conditioning when you walk into my home! I also make sure to change the air filter of the central heating and cooling unit once every month even if it does not need it to be changed. This is just being safe rather than sorry later. The other thing I do is get my heating and air conditioning system tune up done every other month as well as get my ductwork cleaned at least once a year. This helps make my top of the line central heating and air conditioning system last for its full lifespan.

I had a really bad night last night because of the air quality where I live. I was coughing, sneezing and everything that goes with it all night. This made it so I got literally only a few hours of sleep once it calmed down. I am going to have to shop smart to figure out which brand and types of portable air purification systems will be best for me and not make things worse. There are certain kinds of portable air purification systems that actually make things worse than they are like I was just hinting at. I do not know exactly what kinds that they are, I am going to have to read more into it to find out before I go out and buy a portable air purification system for my bedroom. But I will be taking care of this very very soon!

I have a portable air purification system in my bedroom and I have not been able to use it lately.

This is because I need a new air filter for the portable air purification system.

The air quality in the area has been really bad making me have a real tough time trying to sleep because I can not breathe half the time and I am choking and wheezing as if I have asthma! That is how bad the air quality is. I need to go out and buy another air filter for my portable air purification system very soon. But the only problem and reason why I have not yet is because they only take HEPA air filters. And the special HEPA air filters for the portable air purification system are very expensive. I am kind of shot on funds right now so it is tough to pay this kind of money for one single air filter. It really is an issue. But no matter what when I get paid from my job the end of this week I am going to go right out and buy the HEPA air filter needed for my portable air purification system. For now I will just have to sleep in another area of the house on a couch or something where the air quality from outside does not come in as badly. My bedroom has it bad because it needs to be sealed off with the weather stripping. But that is more money I do not have to spend right now! So I will just get that air filter for the portable air purification system and start using it again.

It took about a month before the air quality was back to normal and cleared up from this really bad fire. I certainly am glad that it is all over with now. I was one of the people who did not have a whole home air purification system and I had to go out and buy a couple of portable air purification systems. These helped me get through the bad air quality that was caused by that fire.

I did not assume honestly well on Monday and I tried to call my boss to tell her that I was too sick to come to work.

I wanted to leave and go home, but my boss made me work until 8:00 p.m. when someone else came to work to relieve me. The next day I did not go to work. I called my boss and when she answered I did not supply her any option to say no. After being stuck under the air vent all day, I felt even worse than I did before I went to work. There was legitimately no way that I was going to subject myself to the indoor air conditions again just to satisfy my boss. I did not suppose she could fire me, so I stayed condo to recuperate and get better.
