One of our largest pet peeves is contacting the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor to schedule an appointment. There are only more than one Heating and Air Conditioning companies in our section that can repair our home’s Heating and Air Conditioning system plus I only care about to do business with 1 of them. It’s a family-owned Heating and Air Conditioning contractor plus they’ve been in business for over thirty years. The repair is consistently wonderful plus they do wonderful plus fair work. Their prices are higher than the competing dealer, but I’m willing to use them anyway. Even though the contractor is great, I dislike calling to schedule our Heating and Air Conditioning tune ups because the waiting list is consistently long. No matter how early or late in the season I call, there’s a wait. Everyone else in the section must care about to use them too plus I understand why, however recently, I called to have our Heating and Air Conditioning system took care of before the Summer plus I was told that I could be seen in more than one weeks. Although more than one weeks wasn’t terribly long (considering our Heating and Air Conditioning system still worked), I grumbled. The guy on the other line could sense our frustration plus he commanded that I sign up for their comfort plan. It was an annual membership that included Heating and Air Conditioning tune ups, a discount on parts plus repairs, plus priority scheduling. This was why the wait was so long! If I was a member, I would be busy so much faster! Since I loved supporting this family-owned Heating and Air Conditioning contractor so much, I decided to join their comfort plan. It was a no brainer!
