One For All Air Conditioning

It always reminds myself and others of the old Carly Simon song called Coming Around Again when I am told it is time to clean the HEPA filters again.

Time is such a uncommon concept to grasp, it seems to pass by so quickly plus other times it feels more like molasses trying to run out of the jar.

I guess our Heating & A/C alert that tells myself and others it is time to change or clean the HEPA filters is a good reminder of how abruptly many months slip away. My method is always to play plus have fun for the rest of our life while being responsible plus kind to people, plus also kind to our heat, ventilation & A/C system idea by getting it cleaned plus worked on properly by myself plus the A/C tech. I am going to be doing some task around the home here at Pop’s home for the next 2 weeks to gain some extra money so I can wait for our investment money to rise before tapping into it. I need to task on the heat pump plus maybe put in a newer 1 because our stepmom said that the heat in the Winter time is not coming out as sizzling as it used to. I believe that I should call the Heating & A/C company down the road to do this task for me, because I am not certified in Heating & A/C plus may do more harm than good in trying to help out Pop. I will try to get them on the phone now plus see if they can come out to take a look at it sooner rather than later.

Life is just a wheel that all of us are all running on isn’t it? The weeks keep spinning past plus the years keep rolling by us – time is like a car flying by on the highway.

I can see how time passes when I am gone for a prolonged time oversea plus then come back to the states.

It’s almost as if I were frozen in time plus then thawed out a couple of years later to find all of the things that have changed, this is how it feels when I am gone away for a few years at a time. My Heating & A/C repairman has put on many pounds, some babies are now in school, plus a few friends plus family have passed away since I left. My Heating & A/C idea needs a tune up as I haven’t done anything to it since I left plus the people renting just change the HEPA filter plus that’s about it as far as maintenance with the central unit. I guess the whole goal in life is to just have fun plus adore the ride. I have a sectional time task at the local company helping organize books plus stock the shelves, but as far as working goes that is about all I do nowadays. The rest of our time is spent doing the fun things that bring myself and others true joy plus freedom – playing beach volleyball, hanging out with old friends, plus drumming with our band. I still do some Heating & A/C maintenance tasks around town when someone needs help, but other than that I don’t have any dreams of getting “rich” because I already am.

We run the air conditioner all the time in the summer months in this home but I have noticed that the ppm meter I have shows that the indoor air quality is still not that amazing.

I bet that all of us require some kind of media air cleaner to help clean the air better, but I genuinely have no plan which kind of machine to get, because there are so many uncommon kinds on the market right now.

I will have to do some legwork to find which brands are the best before deciding to buy a single. There is a local company in the next town which sells them too so I may just shoot down there this month plus talk to the salesmen there. I think they are a newer corporation plus I am sure they have competitive prices to keep up with all of the competition in the area. I just want to have cleaner air in our home so that I don’t have to suffer from dust pollen irritations anymore. My spouse Jo also has pollen irritations plus is tired of taking meds to keep them at bay. I want to get an idea with a HEPA filter in it so I need to make sure about that before buying the idea or I will have to shell out more dough for a HEPA afterwards. I set aside some money for things love this so it isn’t going to kill myself or Jo to spend some money on making the air quality better in our house. Also, our old friend is a Heating & A/C rep plus I can ask him if he knows anything more about the media air cleaners on the market.

I need to start improving our drum skills because I am going back to our flat overseas plus Pat, our old bandmate, is going to want to start playing with myself and others as soon as I land.

Pat and I play rock n roll on the paseo right in front of the beach plus have so much fun doing so.

Pat and I also play live in bars plus clubs occasionally for money but I would rather play outside so I can see the glory of nature plus interact with the people walking by. There is no air conditioning system for most of these places, which makes it uncomfortable in the Summer to play inside. A lot of taverns and bars don’t love to use their climate control systems because they are afraid it will cost them too much money. There are a great many people in our town overseas, which makes it far less of a rat race than in the states, but all of us don’t have all of the creature comforts that we have in the USA. We do have a single club which all of us play at that cares about keeping the locale nice plus cool in the Summer so all of us usually play there when all of us want to get out of the brutal Summer heat on the streets. In the Winter time a lot of the locales have small sectional heaters, usually gas heaters, so playing inside is nice because it can get quite chilled outside. I can’t wait to go back but I am also trying to adore our time here while I am visiting our close friends plus family. Life is good plus I am thankful for it.

It is just after 1 o’clock PM right now and I just went out to check the mail and I felt prefer I was melting prefer a candle.

I assume the temps are 100F or more with the humidity, so I plan to stay in my house till about 5pm and then going out to do some paver sealing. I’m going to sit in our air conditioned home office for a few hours and write these articles with a small fan blowing beside me to keep me cold. I am here for a little over three more weeks and then will have a dire change when I move back to our flat in France with a whole weird life going on over there. I have central heat and AC over there, unlike a lot of our friends, and am so grateful for it. I don’t guess why a lot of people over there live without any AC in the summertime when it only costs about $50 more a month to run it. I suppose they are so broke that they can’t even afford an additional fifty bucks a month, or certainly fifty or sixty euros a month to be correct. I suppose most of them have natural gas heating systems for the Winter but I bet a lot of those natural gas heating systems are undoubtedly inefficient compared to our new central Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. I am stoked that our property owner purchased the new component for our place a year ago and that he bought one of the best and most efficient systems on the market. I will for sure need to clean our HEPA air filters when I go back.

I am going to be doing some tasks around the house here at pop’s house for the next two weeks to acquire some extra cash so I can wait for our investment money to go back up before tapping into it. I need to fix the heat pump and maybe put in a new one because our stepmom said that the heat in the Winter is not as hot as it used to be. I assume that I should call the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier down the street to do this task because I am not certified in Heating, Ventilation and A/C and may do much more harm than great trying to help out our stepmom. I will try to get them on the horn now and see if they can come out to take a look at it soon.
