My personal trainer is helping me with working out and nutritional counseling

I love having a personal trainer that can not only tailor my workout plan for me, but also offer me nutritional counseling at the same time.

My parents were fairly strict with our eating habits growing up. We weren’t given desserts with dinner unless it was a bowl of sliced watermelon or a small serving of grapes. I only had candy on rare occasions when I could access it at school or my grandparents would sneak it during a stay at their house. As a result of being so restricted with my diet, I went nuts upon leaving home and ate everything in sight. I learned later on that this is common with people with restrictive eating diets. If they are barred by their parents from eating sweets, they’re often driven to eat those same foods the minute their parents aren’t present. Once you move out on your own, you can develop unhealthy eating habits as a result. That’s what happened to me as soon as I started renting an apartment by myself. I was buying candy, cookies, and chips whenever I went to the grocery store. Clearly I needed help of some kind; I just didn’t know where to turn. Recently I found a great fitness center that offers personal training services with their membership fees. I love having a personal trainer that can not only tailor my workout plan for me, but also offer me nutritional counseling at the same time. Now I’m steadily working out every single day and I’m seeing the weight fall off slowly but surely. I’m hoping to lose 40 pounds by the end of the year if I stick with my current workout plan. I’m eating a lot healthier these days and feeling better as a result of my improved diet and increased exercise.
