If we had a furnace system that is quieter than the one that we have now, I don’t know that I would ever be able to sleep again! I agree with him that there might be something wrong with the heating system that makes it that loud, but the last thing I want to do is get it fixed by a professional HVAC technician
The loud heating system in our house always lulls me to sleep at night during the winter. I think that the heating system is really soothing, but my husband seems to think differently than I do. He is constantly complaining about the fact that we have a really loud heating system in the house. He says that it keeps him from going to sleep at night, but it’s the opposite for me. I don’t understand why in the world the roaring sound does not put him to sleep the way it does me. I guess everyone is different when it comes to their sleeping habits. However, we have been fighting about the fact that we want different things from our heating system. My husband says that he wants to call our local heating and cooling company to have them come and change our furnace so that we will have a quieter, high efficiency furnace system instead of the one that we have now. Of course, whenever he talks about that, I get really mad. I just don’t want a new furnace system at all.I already have trouble sleeping as it is.
